The project management process consists of 5 processes: Initiative, Planning, Executing, Controlling and Closing. Our project managers have strong experience in project management. They have: Communication skills: this is a necessary condition of being a qualified project manager. Organizational skills: this is a necessary trait for any project manager as he/she must be well organized and control every resource in the process of the project. Problem solving: the project manager will determine what is the best way to solve problems to achieve the goals.

Project executive committee
consists of client representative and project manager from Yilearning. Responsibilities:

Ensure quality

Client representative
Determine optimum strategy
Determine targeted goal and achievement
Arrange internal resources
Confirm quality and service in each phase

Content specialist
Develop course content
Guide the direction of development
Audit the instructional design and script content to prevent departure from training goals.

Content Management Group
Provide essential content
Explain the main subject of the course
Audit the delivery product and give feedback to developing group
Ensure the accuracy of content

Tuition Group
Make instructional design according to the training goal
Cooperate with content experts to describe each module, interactive design, test and navigation
Edit script

Developing Group
Demo developing
Develop media element like UI, function key, menu, figures, scene, audio, etc.

Quality Audit Group
Ensure the final quality of the product
Ensure the program link meets the expectation of the client

Technique Group
Ensure the courseware operates well on the LMS

Client Group
After delivery, the client group will put the courseware into the practical environment, and select people to test it.
Give feedback and comments on test

IT Group
Provide information to clients on LMS
Install the courseware
Give support after implementation



Project plan

As a guide for the whole project, the project plan provides measurement and tracking in terms of determining the future strategy. The plan schedule is core since its aim is to determine the start and finish of the project. The project plan includes a scope statement, who delivers, milestones, activity schedules and resources.

Project communication

Communication meetings between clients and YiLearning are held regularly. In addition, we use fax and e-mail to maintain close relationships with clients.

Project Report

Project managers need to report regularly to clients about the process in order to update the plan. The report involves the task conclusion and tasks assigned at the next stage, and tables a proposal if needs.

Accept mid product

We will record analysis of the course, design and test. It is convenient for each side to communicate and come to agreement on instructional design, demo, and script. It will only proceed to the next stage after getting an approval signature.
