We use the ADDIE model and emphasize the “process of development”, we add a “start up phase” and a “maintaining phase” at both ends of each project. This method helps us meet targeted goals in the process for any individual or integrated projects.

In the design development stage, we first of all create a demo by choosing from the essence of the course. The demo represents the conception of instructional design, UI, navigation and creative media elements and gets feedback from clients. In comparison with ADDIE model, this demo template avoids involving so many people, but collects feedback at the earliest convenience from every participant.
Documentation
In the cycle of development the document helps communication, audit, knowledge delivery and knowledge maintenance. The documents include:

Quality Audit
Quality is the life of the product. Infrastructure revision after conclusion of development will increase cost. It is important to maintain a QA process in each phase of production. Instructional design, script editing, demo utilization, quality issues can be identified resolved in order to prevent unnecessary duplication of work. This will ensure the project concludes on time and on budget.
